2026 Semester Dates are Live!
Lock in your training schedule. All dates for the 2026 semesters are now officially posted. Spots fill up fast, so secure your registration today.

Delta Company Stands Up (Texas)
We are thrilled to officially announce the launch of our newest unit: Delta Company, operating out of Texas.
- Leadership: Delta Co is being run by CO Brent Downing and XO Mike Klein.
- Inaugural Joint FTX: Their first semester is going to be massive. We are running a Joint FTX and are expecting full platoon-vs-platoon operations in the field.
- Action: Slots for this historic first semester are moving incredibly fast. If you want to be part of the platoon-level fight, register immediately before the roster caps out.
Course & Arsenal Upgrades
We are constantly evolving our curriculum to keep pace with modern operational environments.
- Combined Weapons Class: This new block of instruction is in active development. Our new machine guns and grenade launchers are constantly changing and will be at all upcoming semesters for testing and potential use. The final standards are not yet set, but expect to see this hardware out in the field.
- Warrior Advance: Expect a heavier emphasis on modern networking. We will be integrating ATAK, UAS (drones), and mesh networking into our field exercises.
- Warrior Basic: Students in Warrior Basic will now be getting hands-on experience with the Light Support Weapon.
Strategic Focus: Recruitment & Expansion
Over the past six years, One Shepherd has grown from a single company to four companies—including our newest, Delta Co—operating in four different regions of the US. To maintain this momentum and keep our numbers strong, our primary strategic focus right now is recruitment.
We are actively looking for ways to make One Shepherd approachable to a wider audience, and we know our best asset is you. We are open to hearing ideas from the community—if you have thoughts on how we can reach new people and keep growing, let us know.
The one way that remains consistantly able to bring new blood in is word of mouth! Get out there, tell your friends about it! Friend groups that join together have a much higher rate of completing the full cirruculim over individuals. Use the discord to learn more!

- Welcome Sarah H.: A massive welcome to Sarah H., who has officially joined the team as our new S8 (Finance).
- Open Billets: We still have command staff openings for S2 (Intel/Legal) and S3 (Operations). If you are interested in stepping up, drop a message in the Discord or reach out directly to your local cadre.
